I’m a successful licensed broker and investor with over 25 years of experience in real estate: acquiring and managing numerous properties throughout Southeast Michigan. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College.

Member: Real Estate Investor’s Association of Oakland County, Women’s Council of Realtors®, Local Business Network, and Elite Real Estate Network (a nationwide mastermind group).

A lifelong resident of the area, my unique approach to real estate has been featured in the local media as I’ve been called on to comment about the real estate market. I participate in numerous activities and organizations relating to real estate, speaking to investors on the status of the market at meetings and clubs.

My primary goal, focus and interest is to provide a quality service — advising and negotiating for your benefit – and not to sell how-to books and tapes.

My real estate career is successful after considerable investment in time, money, trial and error. I live this business and — because of my investment and rehab experience have recognized when to shift between different market sectors.

The market has been going up and up since 2011. Even through the distress of 2020 sales continued to climb due to a great shortage of inventory. I’m continuing to list and sell homes both for individuals and financial institutions. Due to government and banking industry decisions, the amount of coming foreclosures caused by economic hardships from the pandemic will be mitigated in the coming years because of lessons learned from the great recession on how to re-work existing loans. We’ve been moving into the next shift of a leveled off market in the higher ranges but continuing to climb in the lower prices for now. I’m continuing to advise clients of proper valuations, so they can make wise decisions when getting ready to sell.
