Let's find your dream home

"Tricia is a true professional. I have worked with her for several years as a property a manger and as a realtor. She will ensure that all of the details are considered and properly documents through the entire process. I whole recommend her to any friend, family member or colleague."

"Tricia was clear, direct and worked quickly. She was flexible and allowed us time to clear out the property and have it cleaned. She was knowledgable and experienced with all the key places to list the property. She priced it right and it sold within days at asking price. Tricia operated with transparency and integrity. And she went above and beyond and actually picked up our elder mother (owner), took her to the closing and brought her back home to her apartment. She also spent some visiting time with her, too. We recommend her highly!"

"I highly recommend Tricia Raymond for anyone wanting to sell their home. Tricia’s knowledge of the market, expertise in negotiation, and candor were invaluable. She was also honest, kind, and very personable. It was a pleasure working with her!"

"Tricia knew exactly what to do to get us the best price in the shortest time and with the least hassle. She was prompt in listing our property, always available when there were complications, and gave good advice for handling them. We had issues with the refrigerator and getting repair work done, after closing and after we had left the area, and she helped us with that. There was also an issue with the sewer that she helped us handle in the most expeditious manner. Thanks, Tricia!"

"” Hey Tricia! We just got back from dinner a short bit ago, and found a gift card inside the card attached to the plant! Thanks so much. I have to say (and I’ve told other folks), it really was a treat working with you on the house hunt. From the title business, I’ve grown accustomed to less-than-stellar expectations of real estate agents. The experience working with you was a pleasant surprise for me – it was so nice to work with someone who’s so competent and willing to work for me! Thanks again!”
